Fraser Care is proud to now offer Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) in the beautiful and peaceful surrounds of Glass House Mountains.

Our MTA property provides a comfortable, secure, and well-appointed home environment for participants who require temporary accommodation while transitioning to a long-term housing solution — such as Supported Independent Living (SIL).

What is Medium Term Accommodation?

Medium Term Accommodation is funded through the NDIS for participants who:

  • Are transitioning from hospital or another setting

  • Are waiting for a long-term housing option to become available

  • Have approved MTA funding in their NDIS plan

Participants can stay in MTA for up to 90 days (3 months) while longer-term arrangements are finalised.

MTA funding covers the accommodation cost only. Daily supports are funded separately through your NDIS plan.
